Our executive chef Gareth Newham has had over 18 years experience working in kitchens all over the world. He was born and trained in The United Kingdom and has worked in some of the best restaurants and 5 star hotels there before migrating to Australia some 5 years ago. In Sydney he has worked in fine dining kitchens and in function capacities. Gareth brings us and you a wealth of experience of Australian and international standards.

  • Menu selection caters to a wide variety of tastes, we offer seafood, poultry, veal, beef and pasta options and of course
    luscious hot and cold desserts
  • Menu selection can only be described as truly international
  • Food is based on the best, freshest produce to create a range of contemporary and traditional meals to cater to all tastes
  • Menu tasting is offered (for up to 6 people, 4-6 weeks before your wedding) to help you choose from the vast selection of meals on offer. Tastings comprise your choice of 3 entrees, 3 main meals and 3 desserts.
